Waiting for the boat in the town of Vestmanna, population 1200.
On the boat and ready to leave.
The sea was too rough to go on the north coast, but we were able to take an alternate tour which had plenty of things to see.
The boat followed the shore closely and even went into some sea caves
Pulled alongside the 900 foot tall Trøllkonufingur (witches finger) rock. You could also see through three different archs at once.
11:45 | Back to Vestmanna
Made the cold and windy journey back to where we started.
13:00 | Faer Isles Distillery
Went to a distillery in Vestmanna where they were sampling seaweed gin, vodka from underwater seabeds, and whiskey.
